RAIL TRANSPORT
Rail transport
Rail container transport is a transportation service provided by JAPAN FREIGHT RAILWAY TRANSPORT in cooperation with rail transport companies, and is a convenient means of transport that allows for seamless transport from the customer's doorstep at the point of departure to the customer's doorstep at the point of arrival.
We have partnered with over 500 transportation companies nationwide. By working together with these companies and utilizing our nationwide transportation network, we are able to provide optimal transportation services.
We also offer a temporary storage service at the freight stations where your cargo arrives and departs, allowing us to deliver according to your delivery schedule and helping to reduce logistics costs.
TRANSPORT
Land transportation (PNEUMATIC TANKER TRUCK)
The main task of our in-house tanker trucks (vehicles specially designed to transport powdered and granular materials) is to load wheat flour (approximately 10 to 11 tons) shipped from major flour mills directly into their tanks and deliver it to various bread and noodle companies.
There are many types of flour, and the flour used to make bread and noodles has completely different ingredients, so we carefully separate them and carry out our work with the utmost care to avoid adding the wrong flour or introducing foreign objects.
Tank trucks are also called "moving food containers," and we need to constantly clean the inside of the tanks to keep them clean, which requires a lot of care. However, when we see products made from the flour we transported on the market, we feel happy and our work is rewarding.
TRANSPORT
Land transport (general cargo)
We use large trucks as well as medium and small trucks depending on the characteristics of the products, and transport them to a wide range of areas throughout the country, with a focus on Hyogo Prefecture. The items we handle are diverse, ranging from grains such as rice, wheat, and soybeans to edible oil, drinking water, miscellaneous goods, daily necessities, precision machinery, and more.
We will of course always report to, contact, and consult with our customers in strict coordination, but we will also do our best to accommodate any inquiries you may have about detailed rules such as delivery times, work accompanying delivery, and delivery slips, so please feel free to contact us.
In addition, large vehicles with large engine displacementAlthough the amount of greenhouse gas emissions such as NOx, SOx, PM, and carbon dioxide increases during operation, as a transportation company we are constantly switching to low-emission vehicles in consideration of the environment. We also strive to achieve "safe" and "energy-saving" operations by obtaining certifications such as the G Mark and Green Management Certification.

Warehouses to store cargo are essential for logistics. Shinko Express works with partner warehouse companies to manage warehouses such as general cargo warehouses and temperature-controlled warehouses. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Customs Processes
When importing or exporting goods, the exporter or importer must declare the details, quantity, price, and other necessary information of the goods to the Director-General of Customs, and must obtain permission to export or import after undergoing necessary inspections of the goods.
Customs clearance procedures require specialized knowledge and you must make correct declarations for each product, including HS CODE classification, customs inspection, and tax declarations for import declarations.
Private customs brokers authorized by the Minister of Finance carry out these specialized and complicated procedures on behalf of our customers.
At Shinko Express, our experienced customs brokers promptly and properly declare exports and imports to the customs office, and we handle a wide range of products, including general merchandise, apparel, machinery, food, and moving cargo.
In addition, thanks to the network we have built up over the years, we are able to handle not only the 5 major ports (Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, and Kobe), but also regional ports across the country and air cargo.
INSPECTION AGENCY
Inspection witness service
Previously, import and export declarations had to be made at the customs office that had jurisdiction over the location where the cargo was stored, but since October 2017, declarations can be made at any customs office. This system eliminates the need to travel to a distant customs office to make import and export declarations.It seems that business efficiency has improved significantly compared to before.
HoweverCustoms inspections that require attendance are a major issue, since an attendant is required even if the inspection location is far away. In order to address these issues for our customers, we offer inspection attendance services at Kobe Port (Rokko Island, Port Island) and Osaka Port (Nanko, Maishu). CUSTOMS CLEARANCE INCIDENTAL WORK
Customs related services
Shinko Express will hold repeated meetings with customers to provide total support for tasks related to customs clearance.
Depending on the type of product, we will not only declare it to customs, but also apply and notify the relevant government ministries and agencies (as well as other laws and regulations), collect, pack and vann export cargo, and for import cargo, temporarily store and transport it after import approval. With the logistics skills we have cultivated over many years, our staff will propose and realize logistics plans that meet the needs of our customers.

International Logistics
While carrying out customs clearance work, we heard from customers that they wanted to make logistics between Japan and China smoother. This prompted us to establish an inspection agency in Shanghai, China, which became Shinko Express' first step in international logistics.
In order to respond to customer requests and inquiries, we have expanded our overseas network and now have many local partner companies overseas (in Asia, Europe, Oceania, South America, etc.).
