Q1. Why did you choose Shinko Express?

In my previous job, I drove 2-ton and 4-ton trucks, and since I had a large vehicle license, I wanted to get a job where I could drive large vehicles.
The job description said that the training system was comprehensive, so even though it was my first time driving a tanker truck, I wanted to give it a try.

Q2. What was the first job you did after joining the company?

I underwent 3 months of training alongside my senior colleagues, who gave me detailed instructions on work procedures and safety precautions.
When I first started working alone, I was worried about whether I would be able to deliver the product to the customer without any problems, but I managed to complete the delivery by asking my seniors about any points I was unsure about.

Q3. What is your current job?

I am assigned my own tanker truck and work to deliver flour, the raw material for bread and noodles, to different customers every day.
Since we handle food products, we pay close attention to preventing foreign matter contamination and maintaining hygiene.

Q4. What is the most enjoyable thing about your job?

As I gained experience, I gained confidence and was very happy when I was able to deal with problems caused by customers at the unloading destination.

Q5. How do you spend your holidays?

When I'm at home, I relax by watching video streaming sites.
I love motorcycles, so when the weather is nice I sometimes polish my bike and go on a tour.
