Q1. Why did you choose Shinko Express?
As I was thinking about getting married, I was looking for a stable job with an eye to the future, and that's when the recruitment ad for Shinko Express caught my eye.
I had experience in previous work, such as unloading containers, so I didn't mind a job that required a lot of manual loading and unloading, and I had just gotten my trailer license, so I applied because I wanted to take on a new challenge.
I was also attracted by the fact that there is little overtime and many holidays, so I can have time for myself and to spend with my family.

Q2. What was the first job you did after joining the company?
I worked as an assistant delivering vegetables to a warehouse in Hyogo Ward.
When I opened the door of the container, cases of potatoes where 1 case weighed 20 kg were 250 in number. I was impressed by the strong and cool-looking figure of my senior colleague as he effortlessly loaded them onto a pallet.

Q3. What is your current job?
After 2 weeks of training as an assistant driver and trailer driver, I am now working alone, delivering a wide variety of goods, mainly food items such as rice, vegetables, and pasta, as well as clothing and industrial products.
It's not just loose cargo, but also cargo in flexi-con containers and on pallets, so it doesn't feel like it's as much physical labor as I initially thought.

Q4. What is the most enjoyable thing about your job?
I was happy to see the warmth of my seniors who patiently helped me practice as a new driver who had just obtained my trailer license.
I usually work alone, but when we go to the same work site, everyone helps out with the work, and I feel like I'm blessed with great people in my workplace.
Also, if the sales office performs well, we receive a bonus, so when I received my first bonus I treated myself to a little splurge, and that helps motivate me every day.

Q5. How do you spend your holidays?
Because my job requires physical activity, on my days off I like to relax and refresh myself in the sauna, or spend time with my family, doing things like shopping or going for drives.
I often finish work early on Saturdays, so I enjoy going out to eat with local friends and spending the day off in a fulfilling way.
