Q1. Why did you choose Shinko Express?
Originally, I was the one who requested customs clearance and delivery from Shinko Express at my previous company.
I chose this company because I felt I could trust the way the person in charge handled the situation and because the turnover rate was very low, making it an easy environment to work in.
Q2. What was the first job you did after joining the company?
I had experience in my previous job handling arrival notifications and preparing bills of lading, so I was able to do my job smoothly.
Q3. What is your current job?
These include import customs clearance and export to overseas forwarders.
Recently, I have been focusing on developing new clients and sales.
It is very encouraging when I visit a new client and receive their first order.
Q4. What is the most enjoyable thing about your job?
The thing that made me happiest was when I received words of gratitude from customers.
We received a request from a customer for integrated transportation (export customs clearance and transportation from the customer's warehouse in Japan to import customs clearance in China and the designated delivery destination), created a plan, held multiple meetings with the customer and the Chinese factory, and received a phone call of thanks from the customer when the goods were safely delivered to the designated warehouse in China.
It took a lot of time, but it gave me confidence in my work and I was very happy.
Q5. How do you spend your holidays?
I spend my time having lunch with friends, reading books, and watching TV dramas.
