Q1. Why did you choose Shinko Express?
It's a feeling.
The reason I chose this company is because it matched my desires and requests, and after an actual interview and getting a feel for the company atmosphere, I decided that this is the place I wanted to work hard for.

Q2. What was the first job you did after joining the company?
The outside was the main focus.
I learned what to do on the road and during actual inspections by going to the warehouse to make payments, submitting customs documents and going for inspections, and delivering items needed for inspections to the shipping company.
My office work consisted of creating ledgers and entering invoices.

Q3. What is your current job?
Mainly inside work.
The job involves dealing with customers (arranging new projects, handling inquiries and estimates, arranging deliveries and warehousing, handling negotiations, etc.) and other duties (outside the office, creating invoices and documents, answering the phone, dealing with visitors, ordering supplies, etc.), so the main focus will be on dealing with these.

Q4. What is the most enjoyable thing about your job?
There are many things, but it's when I'm able to respond to an urgent matter.
We are sometimes contacted when there is an urgent request or when a customer is experiencing a problem.
Of course it's difficult, but it's also a great achievement, and we were only able to achieve it with the cooperation of the customs broker team, so there's a sense of unity and it's nice.

Q5. How do you spend your holidays?
On my days off, after I finish my housework, if I have plans, I'll go out to eat or drink, but if I don't have any plans, I'll just lounge around, read, or listen to music. I spend my time relaxing.
