Q1. Why did you choose Shinko Express?
I was attracted to President Kitamura's personality.
I was impressed by their frankness, which made me laugh so much that it didn't feel like an interview, and by their sincerity when they told me they "treat their employees as family," and I decided I wanted to be a part of this company.
Q2. What was the first job you did after joining the company?
It's the joining procedure.
I remember being surprised at how many different procedures there are when a person joins the company.
Q3. What is your current job?
I work in general affairs, such as handling payroll and employment procedures.
This job has taught me a lot about things like social insurance and taxes that are deducted from my salary every month, so I've started trying to save on taxes by using iDeCo and making hometown tax donations.
Q4. What is the most enjoyable thing about your job?
Every six months, my supervisor would give me feedback and praise.
As an office worker, I honestly don't often feel great joy as I work hard every day, but when I received kind words as feedback, I was so moved that I shed tears.
Q5. How do you spend your holidays?
We are going out as a family of 3.
My 2-year-old son goes to nursery school during the week, so on the weekends my husband and I try our best to see him happy.
