Logistics operation is highly specialized and required both to form the operating system and staff career at the same time. There are many tasks which are difficult and complicated for customers who are not familiar with logistics or transportation service. What is the size of JR container?
12ft (inside dimension, H: 2,252mm, W: 2,275mm, L: 3,647mm). Maximum weight: up to 5t
Is there transshipment at the station after collecting the container?
Our services include a door-to-door system. Collected container goes on to the train as it is, which is the same service as a truck transportation.
What is the advantage to use JR freight service?
Compere to a track transportation, JR freight will be shorter transportation period and cheaper cost.
Is it possible to use the service as a trial?
There is a campaign called “railway container transportation trial” which subsidize 80% of cost for up to 2 containers. Please contact us for more information.
Do you accept an urgent collection of luggage?
We accept the order that is made on the day. Our delivery trucks are flexible and reliable and that is our strength and advantage for customers.
What is the price range?
Since customers’ shipments are sorted at Sumiyoshihama office, we can offer a wide range of services from cargo to courier. We make our effort to provide low price as much as possible in our specific area. We also try to keep lower cost for other services as well.
How do you train the drivers within the company?
There is a regular meeting once a month with all drivers to discuss about particular topics such as drivers attitude, checking daily tasks, promoting eco drive etc. A former tanker driver maintains these tasks which allow to instruct practically.
Head office is in Kobe. Do you accept a track transportation from other locations?
Yes, we can transport from other locations. Please contact us for more details.
Do you accept to deliver from other ports, not through Osaka or Kobe customs?
We can arrange with our cooperated companies.
Do you deal with and deliver from air cargo?
It is possible through our cooperated companies.
Do you have packing service?
We arrange with our cooperated companies.
Does your business operate on Saturdays?
Business hours are until 14:00 however, customs clearance procedure service is only Monday to Friday.
Can you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
Yes, we can. Please contact us in advance.
Is there a service to transport a car or a motorcycle?
Only if it is registered in your own name.
Would the rate be cheaper if there is a certification of origin?
We will inform you after checking the details of goods and confirming HS CODE.
Please advice how to avoid tax from importing returned goods after export?
There are various cases and we will have to consult with customs for each case.
What kinds of transportation method are available?
We offer the optimum method by combining several options such as trucks, drayage (land transportation for containers), JR etc.
Does your company arrange entire logistics business from China to Japan within the company?
It is no problem, as we have plenty of Chinese business partner companies and cooperating companies in Japan.
Is there a liaison service for inspections and custom declarations?
Yes, we can attend the inspections at customs. Our company’s feature is flexibility.
